PAYMENT AND FEES
Registration Fee
$25 one child/$40 per family (non-refundable)
Before School (6:25 a.m.-7:25 a.m.)
$20 (flat rate) per week per child
After School (2:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
$50 (flat rate) per week per child
- Payments for service must always be made in advance of the week beginning services. This means all tuition fees are due by the Friday prior to the participating week.
- Tuition will be prorated on days in which there is no school (e.g., holidays, professional duty days, etc.) or when we offer no afternoon service due to early dismissal days.
- There will be no discounts for absences in programs, due to the flat rate structure.
- Three (3) late payments will result in dismissal from the program.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday through Friday on school days.
Morning Hours: 6:25 a.m.-7:25 a.m.
Afternoon Hours: 2:10 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Program Start Date: August 12, 2024
Program End Date: May 30, 2025.
Children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. each day. A late fee of $1.00 for each additional minute will be charged, beginning at 6:01 p.m. Late fees are to be paid upon arrival, in cash or credit. Three (3) late pickups will result in dismissal from the program.
There will be no afternoon Kids Care on Early Dismissal Days, but we will offer morning services. Please make arrangements in advance for your after school childcare needs for the following seven dates:
- Aug. 26th
- Oct. 28th
- Dec. 20th
- Feb. 24th
- Apr. 28th
- May 29th & May 30th.
MEDICATION
The staff at Kids Care may not administer medication.
A parent/guardian must inform the Program Director of any medical condition or need, as well as any change in condition or need throughout the year. Medication must be dropped off or picked up during regular school hours.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
Positive peer relationships, and a cooperative learning environment for students and staff are important to us. Our fee-based program employees work to maintain a culture of collaboration, support, and mutual respect. To maintain this environment, we utilize a "three strike" discipline policy:
FIRST OFFENSE: Verbal Warning
SECOND OFFENSE: Time-out
THIRD OFFENSE: Referral written and parents/guardians will be contacted.
Three written referrals will result in a suspension or dismissal from the program for the remainder of the school year.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE POLICY
The electronic device policy is consistent with the school policy, therefore, cell phones, gaming devices, or other electronics are not to be used during a child’s time in the before or after-care program. All devices must stay in a child’s backpack. We request that toys, games, and any electronic devices be left at home as our school will not be held responsible for missing, damaged, or stolen property.
ENROLLMENT NOTES
All Program participants must have a completed registration form, along with the registration fee and first week’s payment, before student(s) are allowed to attend the program. You may enroll in Kids Care using the link at the top of this page, or you may use the QR code below, using your cell phone’s camera to SCAN the QR code. Do not take a picture! Paper registration is available upon request.

HOMEWORK
There will be a designated homework session. Students need to come prepared to complete homework assignments. Please ensure they have pencils, papers, and homework materials. If homework is completed early, your child should have an AR book to read at all times. Some students may not finish all their homework in the designated time. Please communicate with the staff if you would like your child to complete all their homework each day.
SNACKS
Your child will be served a snack each day. There is no extra charge for this service. You may send in a small snack, if you prefer. No candy or sodas are permitted.
