Leadership

Design Golden and Teal Logo

At Hector A. Cafferata Jr. K-8, leadership is cultivated by integrating LEED principles directly into the curriculum, empowering students to think critically and solve complex environmental problems. Through a focus on care, commitment, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, students are encouraged to ask big questions, respect diverse viewpoints, and work together with the community. By weaving these core values into their daily education, the school shapes thoughtful, responsible leaders who are ready to make a lasting, positive impact on the world.
